Click on the name of the practice to locate it on the map. Click on information icon for practice information displayed under the map.

The fees displayed are for enrolled patients. If you are not enrolled with the practice there will be a different fee schedule. If you change the practice you are enrolled with there may be a delay of up to four months before the reduced fee applies to you. This is due to the delay in the Ministry of Health releasing the extra funding for you.
